Ashlynn Racquel Media does not provide refunds for any services under any circumstance once design work has started. At the start of a project, design time has been accumulated and refunds are no longer applicable.

Deciding to move forward with another business or having buyers remorse is not a suitable means for a refund.

Once payment has been made, the service purchased will begin and the final design will be delivered to the customer in the turnaround time frame given.

(Note: Turnaround times vary amongst projects or amount of projects. An ample 3-4 business days may be needed if the client requests revisions to be done.
