Turnaround times for Graphic Design services vary from 7 business days to 14 business days, depending upon the service. The exact turnaround time can be located under every description of the desired service you are interested in.
Rush fees can be applied to E-flyers only. Adequate time is needed to design to ensure the best quality for your projects. Please be sure to book your services according to your timeline, while keeping the turnaround time in mind.

Turnaround times do not begin until Ashlynn Racquel Media receives ALL necessary requirements to complete your order.
Once all requirements are received, the client is asked to allow 24-48 business hours for review. This is to ensure there is no missing information or confusion, which will ensure that there be no further delay during the creation process. Please be sure the turnaround time for your services align with any potential deadlines you may have.
Each service outlines the details of turnaround time and how to ensure your items are delivered promptly.
Please note: revision time is not included in turnaround!
Ashlynn Racquel Media is not responsible for any deadlines that are not met if the order is not booked accordingly. Poor planning on your part does not necessitate an emergency or rush on the end of the designer.

I offer several items that I do not have lisited on the site simply because they aren't as popular as the other services. Feel free to reach out via email book@ashlynnracquel.com if you have a question regarding anything you'd like to have designed.

As of January 1, 2023, All communication is done via Email, or the provided business number that is given to all clients.
No business will be done via dm, or anywhere else. Questions via social media are always welcomed and encouraged, but no order can be placed via DM.
Logo Development

In order to properly curate your new logo suite, the turnaround is 4-6 weeks.
During this time, I’ll be researching your industry and analyzing your competitors to design your drafts. I also look into current trends, SEO, and other factors to make sure your vision aligns with my design strategy.

Each logo development suite is allowed 3 free revisions.
Revisions are minimal changes to font, color, text, or size.
After the revision limit has been met, any additional revisions require a fee to complete.
Social Media Management

Before we even begin building your social media strategy Ashlynn Racquel Media likes to review your inquiry form and then having a virtual or in-person coffee chat! By forming a strong working relationship, it’s much easier for us to really get to know you and your business and how to best represent your brand online.

To create your social media strategy, it’s important we understand what you wish to achieve from using social media. Whether it be an increase in sales, enquiries or website traffic, we can use this information and tailor it around the content we create.

This all depends on the type of posts you want to publish alon g with tIe custom plan we decide on together.
If you build conservatories, for example, and you want to showcase your work, we will ask for reviews, case studies and photographs, so we can show potential customers your work online.
Ashlynn Racquel Media, does require all clients to have high quality images, and a nice bulk of content before we begin working together. This ensures consistency and proper branding for success.

You can send us content (written or image based) through email or we can set up a Dropbox, or a linked photo album via iPhone which makes transferring larger files more accessible.

Social media platforms we work with are; Facebook, Instagram,Tiktok, and LinkedIn at this time.

Outsourcing social media management is an effective and efficient way of growing your online presence if you simply don’t have the time to do it yourself or you are unsure where to start. Having your social media managed externally gives you more time to engage with customers face-to-face and build stronger relationships in person that will translate onto the online world.
Website Development

In order to properly curate your website, the turnaround is 4-8 weeks. This is solely depending on the package you select -- and when all files and verbiage and received.
During this time, I’ll be researching your industry and analyzing your competitors to design your website I also look to ensure your vision aligns with my designs.
However, the turnaround time can be extended depending on client responses and revisions.

All the following information must be typed out and ready to send to Ashlynn Racquel Media within 48 hours of inquiring, please make sure you have the follow BEFORE submitting your inquiry form!
Logo -You must provide the logo in a .png (transparent) file.
Brand Colors - Websites are designed using the same colors used in your logo or branding materials
Brand Images - We do not use stock photos. You must have professional photos taken by a photographer. iPhone images are not accepted.
Product Photos & List- If your site consists of selling products, please be sure to send the products, product images, and pricing of products typed out in a word document.
FAQ’s/Policies- Please send me any policies such as Return Policies, Shipping Policies, FAQ’S etc. This is an important section for your customers.
Content Day (HTX)

Content is delivered within 48 hours after your sessions if finished. If you have a compatible iPhone, Ashlynn Racquel Media can transfer content instantly!

Yes! Travel is included in all price points up to 30 miles! Any mileage after 30 minutes, will have an additional fee!

Yes! You receive all images & videos filmed the day of your scheduled shoot date in the raw format!
